1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SETOR AI Sp. z o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding the use of the Setor AI Instagram message automation application and related services ("Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

SetorAI is an Instagram message automation platform that enables users to:
- Direct message automation: Send personalized messages to Instagram contacts based on configurable rules and triggers
- Conversation management: Organize and track Instagram direct message conversations
- Message scheduling: Plan and schedule message delivery at optimal times
- Analytics and insights: Monitor message performance, engagement metrics, and audience analytics
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must:
- Sign in via Google account (OAuth) or create an account with email and password
- Connect your Instagram account through our secure authentication process
- Verify your email address and complete the onboarding process
- Accept our Privacy Policy and these Terms
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Send legitimate business communications to Instagram contacts
- Manage customer relationships and engagement
- Promote your products or services in compliance with applicable laws
- Automate routine messaging tasks
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use the Service to:
