Your rate goes up as you refer more
The tier is set by how many active clients you already have when a new one signs up. That rate is then locked to that client and never drops.

The terms, in plain numbers

Commission runs for 12 months from that client's first payment. Not one invoice, and not forever.
5% second tier
Bring in another partner and you earn 5% on the clients they refer, on top of your own.
Paid after 30 days
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the client's payment clears. That window covers refunds.
45-day grace period
If a client's payment fails, the referral stays alive for 45 days instead of dying on the first missed invoice.
Rewards on top of commission
These trigger on collected revenue from your direct referrals, counted 45 days after each payment clears. Every reward is reviewed and granted by a human, never automatically.

The rules, in plain terms
Short list, no small print games. Everything here exists because it protects the people you refer.
- You cannot refer yourself or your own company. Self-referrals are not paid.
- No bidding on our brand name in paid search. That traffic was already ours.
- No spam. Mass unsolicited DMs, comment blasts or purchased lists get you removed from the program.
- Do not promise results we do not promise. Everything you say about Setor AI has to match what we say about it.
- Refunds are clawed back. If a client's invoice is refunded, the matching commission is reduced by the same share.
Questions
Do I need to be a Setor AI client to join?
No. Being a client helps, because you can show the product instead of describing it, but it is not required.
Is the commission for life?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It runs for 12 months from the client's first payment. After that the client keeps counting toward your tier and your rewards, but the monthly commission stops.
How is my rate decided?
By how many active referred clients you have at the moment a new client signs up. The rate is then locked to that client permanently, so growing your tier lifts every future client, not the past ones.
What counts as a referral?
A client who signs up through your link, or one you introduce to us directly. Tell us before the conversation starts and we will attribute it to you.
When exactly do I get paid?
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the client's payment clears. That delay covers the refund window.
What happens if my client cancels?
Commission stops with their payments. If a payment fails, the referral stays alive for a 45-day grace period before it closes.
Can I run ads to my referral link?
Yes, with one exception: no bidding on the Setor AI brand name or close variants in paid search.
Is there exclusivity?
No. You can promote whatever else you want, including tools that compete with us.
